Боевой приказ штаба 4 Армии Западного фронта от 25.06.1941 г. № 06. Приказ описывает отход частей 4-й армии, в частности, 55-й и 143-й стрелковых дивизий. Отходящим частям предписывается занять оборону в районе г. Слуцка организовав 2-3 полосы обороны и укрепленный район. Остальным частям предписывается отход на старую Советско-польскую границу, а также на рубеж реки Случ. Также остатки разбитой 6-й стрелковой дивизии предписывается передать в состав 55-й дивизии, а штаб перенести в Слуцк.
