Шифр-телеграмма командующего 1-м Белорусским фронтом Г.К. Жукова о действиях войскового начальства Красной Армии при встрече с американскими и английскими войсками. Описывается: порядок установки связи и встреч с союзными войсками. Устанавливается ответственность старших по званию командиров во время проведения этих встреч. Регламентируется порядок посещений наших частей союзниками и наоборот. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам дисциплины и формы одежды наших бойцов и командиров. Предписывается сообщать номера всех воинских частей, встреченных нашими войсками. 

The telegram code from the commander of the 1st Belorussian Front G.K.Zhukov about the actions ofthe military command of the Red Army at a meeting with the American and British troops. Described: the procedure for establishing communications and meetings with allied forces. The responsibility of senior commanders during these meetings is established. The order of visits of soviet units by the Allies and vice versa is regulated. Particular attention is paid to issues of discipline and uniforms of our soldiers and commanders. It is ordered to report the numbers of all allied military units met by soviet troops.
